Designed to simplify the sous vide cooking process, the Waring WSV16RK rack holds and organizes bags of product in the compatible circulator. This circulator, the Waring WSV16, provides a 16 liter capacity for cooking everything from salmon or steak to delicate broccoli florets. The rack features 4 sections, holding up to 4 separate bags of product and keeping them upright while cooking. Made of wire, the rack allows the water bath to properly cook the product, while also holding the bags of product in place.
